Zhou Huamin, male, born in 1953 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, moved to Hunan with his parents in his childhood years. He started work for a coal factory in Hunan, China. Now he has moved to Shanghai. He is a member of China Senior Photographers Association, China photography Copyright Association, Global Photographic Union (GPU), Hunan Photographers Association and Shanghai Baoshan Photographers Association. He once served as vice chairman of Louxing Photographers Association of Loudi City, Hunan Province and director of Loudi Senior Photographers Association. He started working as a photographer for the union in 1971. In 1983, he participated in Loudi photography training course and went to the undeveloped Zhangjiajie to practice photo shooting for ten days. He completed the course of the 29th session of Shanghai Branch of Beijing Photography Correspondence Academy and the 30th session of advanced photography course at Beijing Photography Correspondence Academy, and was rated as an excellent student. His photo were selected into the online photos exhibition by the Academy.
With decades of photographic experience, many of photographic works have won awards in photography exhibitions at different levels.

Historical Overhaul of Furnace at Baosteel
Starting from September 30, 2020, Shanghai Baosteel No. 2 blast furnace was shut down for maintenances. I documented for three months and witnessed historical overhaul of blast furnace in China. These photos were made at the site where the furnace is.
