Zhao Jinli joined membership of several photo organizations at home and abroad, including the China Photographers Association, the China Folk Photography Association, the Photographic Society of America, the Royal Photographic Society, the International Federation of Photographic Arts, Global Photographic Union, the Photographic Society of New York, and a lifelong senior photographer of the International Photography Association.
He began photography in the 1990s and became involved in international photography in 2014. His works cover landscapes, folklore, portraits, news and other fields, and up to now, he has won more than 130 gold, silver and bronze awards as well as ribbon awards in various large-scale photography exhibitions and competitions both at home and abroad, and more than 2,000 works have been selected. He believes that that awards and titles are not as important as photography used as a medium to express feelings and thoughts, as well as the creator’s artistic and aesthetic pursuits, and to continuously improve my discovery and expression abilities in photographic creations.
