About Photos

The damselfly, belonging to the insect order Odonata, suborder Anisoptera, is a carnivorous insect. damselfly are known for their vibrant colors and slender bodies. They have well-developed compound eyes on both sides of their head, mandibulate mouthparts, and bristle-like antennae. Their forewings and hindwings are similar in shape, with four-sided cells in the wing veins, and they have wing bases for all four wings, which are almost the same size. Due to their graceful appearance, bright colors, and the variability in the color of their wings, damselflies are admired by enthusiasts both domestically and abroad. Photographing them can be somewhat challenging, requiring patience. This collection of photos was taken at different times and in different settings.

“A picture is a secret about a secret, the more it tells you the less you know.”
