Wang Huimin,born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in March 1950, and left hometown to Beijing at the age of 6. She went to the Heilongjiang Production and Construction Corps in 1968, returned to Beijing in 1981, and went to Shanghai in 1982. Retired from the position of President of Bank of Shanghai Xujiahui Sub-branch in 2007. Now is a member of Shanghai Overseas Chinese Photography Association, Shanghai Modern Service Industry Photography Association, Shanghai Photographers Association, and Chinese Portrait Photography Association.

After retiring from 2014, she started to travel at home and abroad, and learned photography. she likes to record the beauty, people and culture. In 2017, she won the Lifetime Achievement Award of the “Lang Jingshan Photography Art” Charity Photography Contest. She is the recipient of awards in in various photo competitions, with more than ten photos winning awards of medals.
