Wang Yanbin, born in October 1947 in Henan Province, is now the vice chairman of the Asian “Belt and Road” Photography Alliance and the honorary chairman of the Hubei branch. He is a senior photographer and contributing photographer of People’s Photography Newspaper. He began studying photography in 1998 and graduated from the Beijing Photography Correspondence College of the Chinese Photographers Association in 2015. He joined Wuhan Photographers’ Association in 2013, Hubei Photographers’ Association in 2014, China Photographers Association in 2015, Photographic Society of America in 2015, Photographic Copyright Society of China in 2016, and Global Photographic Union in 2017.
Since he has been engaged in photography, more than 50 works have been exhibited in international photography exhibitions in Pingyao, Huangshan, Lishui, Guizhou, Taiwan, in China, and Incheon in South Korea, Konya in Turkey and Paris in France.
Over the years, have won 3 Chairman’s Jury Awards, 94 Gold Medals, 20 Silver Medals, 24 Bronze Medals, 23 Honorable mentions and more than 2,400 acceptance and Excellence Awards in various photography competitions at home and abroad. More than 90 photos were published on China Photo News, People’s Photo News, Changjiang Daily, GPU magazine, etc.,
