A Wales based photographer who upon retiring from work in 2015 started his digital photographic journey. Tony shoots a range of subjects but particularly enjoys nature and cycling photography which with their speed and unpredictability complement each other.
In 2016 Tony gained his Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society followed by the Associateship of the Welsh Photographic Federation and CPAGB in subsequent years he has also achieved GPU Zeus, EFIAP and GPU 2Cr.
Tony’s work has been accepted in over 500 national and international salons with many awards and commendations. He continues to enter exhibitions and what he enjoys most about photography is the ability to continue learning and meet other photographers from around the world.
4th GPU Virtual Photo Exhibition 2024
The selection of photographs shown here were all taken during a visit to Romania in September 2024. I and two of my friends ((UK GPU Members stayed at Pension Casa Lurca in Sighetu, Maramures. We had a very enjoyable time, and I can highly recommend that area of Romania for a photo holiday.
