Si Ming, male, 52 years old, Dai ethnicity, is the deputy chief physician of urology department in Hongkang Hospital, Lianghe County, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. He is currently the vice chairman of Lianghe County Photographers Association, a member of Dehong Prefecture Photographers Association and a member of GPU.
