Lajos was born in 1950 and lives in Romania.
He has studied economics and licenced in the economic science. He is businessman in his own company.
He also studied facultative fine art and photography. He get his first camera in 1957 and photography has been his hobby since 1961. Between 1980-1990 he has had numerous acceptances and prizes in national photographic salons. In 1986 he received his first acceptance in an international salon and today, he has more than 20,000 acceptances and more than 2,000 prizes in international salons.
He worked analog photography but since 1993 he has taken only digital images. His interests in photography are wide and varied, pictorial landscapes, people and places, nature and travel photography, altered photography but he also enjoys photojournalism.
FIAP for his work, has awarded with AFIAP in 2005, EFIAP in 2009, EFIAP/B in 2011, EFIAP/S in 2012, EFIAP/G in 2013, EFIAP/P in 2014, then to the highest distinctions EFIAP/d1, EFIAP/d2, EFIAP/d3.
He joined PSA in 2003 and received his PPSA in 2010, EPSA in 2012, MPSA at the Yellowstone Conference in 2015, MPSA2 in 2018 and GMPSA in 2019. He also has received his, GPU CR5 VIP3, PEPSS, GAIUP, GEPSS, GAPU, FAPU and R-ISF10.
He has been a member and honorary member of numerous prestigious photographic societies. He is a member of AAFR ( Aasociatia Artistilor Fotografi din Romania) from 1986, from 2002 founding member of MFVSZ(Magyar Fotomuveszek Vilagszovetsege-Hungary) , from 2003 member of PSA(Photographic Society of America) , from 2005 member of DVF (Deutsche Verband fuer Fotigrafie-Germany) , from 2008 member of GPU (Global Photographers Union), from 2013 member of ISF (Images sans Frontiere-France), from 2011 member of DFJ(Deutsche Foto Journalisten), from 2015 lifetime member of PSS (Photographic Society of Singapore) , and from 2014 member of RPS (Royal Photographic Society- United Kigdom). He is also a member of IUP(International Union of Photographers) China and APU( Asean Photographers Union) Singapore.
In the annual ranking of PSA “Who is Who in Photography” in 2006 he was placed on the 9. In EID, in 2007 on the 9. too in EID, in 2008 on the 5. EID monochrom , than after this to this day he was placed on the Top Exhibitor in the World in PID Color,-Monochrom, Nature and Travel Division” The Photographic Society of Singapore for his work has awarded the Platinum Exhibitor of PSS and the IUP China the Great Achievement in Photography.
In Romania from AAFR he has earned the title “Photographer of the Year” in 2010 and in 2011 and the title MAAFR (Master AAFR). In Hungary from MFVSZ in 2014, 2015 and 2016 he has earned the titles “Photographer of the Year”, and in 2017 the title “Lifetime achievement in Photography”.
He had more than 100 individual exhibitions in Romania, Hungary and other countries in Europa.
His first Photographic album appeared in 2000 with the title of Impressions, and in 2017 the second “Images from the Curvature of the Carpathians”
