“Master” was accepted in Shanghai Photographic Art Biennale, Pingyao International Photography Festival, and 26th National Art Photography Exhibition in 2017.
From 2018 to 2021,Ma Yaping’s photos won awards in numerous international photography competitions. Among them, more than 1000 works have been accepted by overseas exhibitions in more than 50 countries, winning more than 110 awards, including 55 gold medals.
In November 2019, Ma Yaping’s solo exhibition was hosted by exhibition hall of Shanghai Art Museum for the People and Shanghai Art Photography Association. A total of 116 pieces of works were included in the exhibition, which was well received by experts and photography enthusiasts, totaled more than 2000 visitors. After that, Shanghai “Civic Culture Festival” office allocated 48 of the works to be exhibited in various communities in Shanghai, and the whole exhibition activity had a wider social impact.
