Liu Jianping, male, is an independent photographer from Shaoyang, Hunan. He started taking photographs in 1999 and has been practising the art of photography for more than 20 years. He specializes in folklore, landscape and pictorial photography. In the last few years, more than 150 photographs have been awarded and accepted in national and international competitions.

Photography is painting with light and writing poetry with shadows. Seeing is a natural talent of man and perceiving is the ultimate goal.

Wonder of Nature

The beauty of the mountains and rivers is captured from different angles. When you walk through nature, what you see is not only the scenery, but also the experience of seeing it in person. At first glance, China’s vast landscape is not lacking in beauty, but lack of eyes to discover the beauty. From what I can see, everywhere in China has beauty in the spetacular landscape, the rushing rivers and the sound of hooves of steeds, so that people have never regretted the hardship of navigating these landscapes.
