The name of the village “Larima(拉日马)” means “where the gods live” in Tibetan. In May 2023, I stayed there for a week on a photography trip. Larima has beautiful scenery, with mountains, rivers and grasslands. The people there are hardworking and brave, kind and simple. According to their tradition, men usually work outside and women take care of the family business, and they live a harmonious and happy life. During the photo shoot, I learned more about the lives of the local people and was deeply touched by their kindness. Larima is a fascinating place and well worth exploring.
