He was born in N. Smyrni in 1981 and is a graduate of the Theological School of the Theology Department of EKPA, a graduate of the Postgraduate Criminology and PhD Candidate in Sociology of Panteion University.
A member of Hellenic Photographic Society since 2003, he successfully attended its annual seminar with teacher Fotis Kazazis, he has been elected to its Board of Directors continuously since 2007, while 2 of his tenures on the Board of Directors were also an official (Curator and Administrator).
He has represented HPS and our country in many international exhibitions and missions abroad (China, Turkey, France, Slovenia, Ukraine, Iran, Cyprus etc). He has been awarded and distinguished in national and international competitions, participating in important exhibitions.
During the years 2015-2022 his successes in the international Art Photography competitions were redeemed by obtaining the international artistic titles: EHPS from HPS, GMAPG from APG, GPU Hermes and Crown2 from GPU, QPSA from PSA and EFIAP from FIAP. In 2018, 2 of his works are selected by the largest photography platform, Getty Images and are priced at a high price, while a little later he achieves the first sale of his artwork by the Eyeem platform. Since 2017 he participates in juries in Greece and abroad.
In 2021 he was selected by PSA as Membership Director of Greece and the next year also as Liaison. He was also assigned the Curation of a very important Exhibition of Greek Artistic Photographers. An excerpt of his work with extensive tributes has been published in Greek and foreign albums, books, magazines, newspapers and international websites of high traffic and repercussions.
He travels a lot (73 countries), looking for his subjects, which are mainly anthropocentric, but also reportage-street photography. For 18 years he has been undertaking several professional photographic works of various subjects.
