Member of Bengbu Photographers Association and Artists Association. A native of Bengbu, Anhui Province, China, is currently residing in Shanghai.

He completed the Shanghai Branch of the Beijing Photography Institute and the Advancement Course for Provincial Member. In October 2020, Dong participated in the National Documentary Photography Talent Seminar hosted by the China Photographers Association Training Center.

Over the years, photography works have been published multiple times in provincial and municipal newspapers and magazines, and have won various awards in municipal and provincial photography exhibitions.
