Xia Shangzhi has been engaged in middle school teaching and education management for a long time. He was awarded the title of “National Outstanding Educator” and is a senior middle school teacher. Xia Shangzhi is the recipient of honorary “Outstanding Student”of Beijing Correspondence Institute of Photography in 2008. He joined the Shanghai Photographers Association in 2011, the Chinese Photographers Association in 2013, passed the Level 2 Photographic Technician Appraisal in 2014, and joined the Global Photographic Union in 2021. He obtain his license to operate a drone in 2021.
