Yu Changren is a member of several reputable photography associations, including China Photographers Association (CPA), China Copyright Association, Tianjin Photographers Association. He is Vice Chairman of China Digital Photographers Association and Literature and Art Federation of Tianjin Judicial Administration System. He is a member of China Artistic Photographic Society, China Photojournalism Association, contracted photographer of Xinhua News and China Image Group as well as contributing photographer of Tianjing Intangible Culture Heritage Association. He joined membership of Global Photographic Union(GPU).

Yu Changren specially selected a number of stage photography themes to participate in the activities of the second GPU Virtual Photography Festival, most of which were presented in creative photography. With regard to the theme of stage performance, the photographer developed creative ideas, and showed the new stage creative photography works to the audience through a relatively simple way of expression, through early stunt shooting and post creative production. Creative photography needs “conception” in the early stage of shooting, and needs to be further improved in the later stage of production. It needs to complement each other in order to complement each other! The author recommends stage creative photography works, aiming to show the world China’s millennium traditional culture and promote China’s extensive and profound intangible cultural heritage.
